The hotel, established in 1998, is privately owned and has total property space of 8000 m2 (highest land status - SHM). Located in the beautiful beach of Watudodol - Banyuwangi, only 5 minutes car-ride from Ketapang port and 125 km from Ngurah Rai (Bali) airport. It's a first class boutique hotel and restaurant, with its 175 meter wide private beach and excellent view toward the island of Bali. The guests can enjoy a lot of beautiful experiences provided by the hotel:
- Balinese style cottages, each has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms with sea view terrace
- Well-designed swimming pool overlooking the island of Bali
- Excellent Balinese ethnic restaurant with wide open sea view looking toward the island of Bali
- For fishing, there are 2 fishing boats (one of which is glass-bottomed) waiting on the side of the hotel's private quay. The Bali strait (in front of the hotel) is a great fishing location all year for yellow-fin tuna and marlin fish
- For diving, the hotel has fully equiped dive centre, including dive tank filling compressor and seasprint. The guests can reach the famous coral reefs of Menjangan island just 15 minutes boat-ride from the hotel (nearest distance). The hotel's shore also has beautiful coral
- For exotic pleasure, the guests can enjoy beautiful vacation experience in the virgin beach of Western Bali just 5 minutes boat-ride from the hotel

- Swiflet/swallow house with hundreds of flying swiflets/swallows

The hotel's year of construction was in 1997/1998, then renovationed and modernized in 2005.
